In the morning of August 14th 2021，the launching ceremony of 100 fuel cell trucks was held at the service station of Rongyi Road in Baoding City. This is the world first project of piloting 100 fuel cell trucks.

Rongyi Road – the main road being used for transporting construction materials to the Xiong’an New Area, is around 60 kilometers in distance.
In the next five years, the number of fuel cell trucks on the road will increase to more than 1,000.

The fuel cell trucks are being fitted with a high-power fuel cell engines of 110kW solely developed by FTXT.
The engine with a lifetime more than 10,000 hours and can be started at -30⁰C. It is targeted 100% to source system components locally, as a result the cost can be decreased by about 28%.
The personalised design of the vehicle can be provided in accordance with the specific application requirements of customers vehicle models.
The engine FTXT has developed breaks many technical barriers in the industry, the overall performance index and safety performance grade of the products can be regarded as international advanced level.

FTXT is striving to build the first commercial vehicle applications using hydrogen energy in China in the next 3 to 5 years.
At current stage, FTXT is planning to demonstrate and promote 1.330 FCEVs in Hebei province.
At present, FTXT has successfully developed various types of fuel cell vehicles with world-renowned companies such as Great Wall Motors, Dongfeng Motor, Yutong Bus, Foton, etc.
The FTXT FC-engines have been fitted to heavy trucks, light trucks, City buses, Sedans, SUVs and pickups.
