August 26 15:25 2021

Denver, CO, USA – August 26, 2021 – Bridge of Hope Greater Denver, a 501(c)3 organization that strives to end homelessness in the Greater Denver area with help through initiatives like their annual golf tournament and other fundraising events, had a record-breaking turnout this year. Through their new partnership with Elect Technologies, the 7th Annual Bridge of Hope Golf Tournament is thrilled to announce that they raised over $75,000 in the span of a single day on Thursday, August 5th, at Arrowhead Golf Club. This amount will provide one year’s worth of rental assistance and life-changing support for six families facing homelessness in the community. With 144 golfers coming out to participate this year, the event has been an overwhelming success.

In addition to the tournament benefiting Bridge of Hope’s mission of ending homelessness, Bridge of Hope’s Annual Tournament provides an opportunity for both companies and individual community members to have some fun giving back by sponsoring or volunteering at the event. With different levels available, everyone can contribute what they’re comfortable with (from sponsors who want prime placement on signage up to those who just want inclusion in the program).

This year’s Golf Tournament was sponsored by Elect Technologies, as the presenting sponsor, along with First Bank, CertaPro Painters, Barnabas, Bank of Colorado, Dynamic Roofing, Dunton Commercial, Parkside Financial, Wall Development, Leevers, Boutique Apartments, Canyon Title, Jen Riley (Re/Max Agent), Your4000taxcredit.com, Alpine Bank, Christian Brothers Automotive, Metrowest Real Estate, Summit Investment Management, Tyde Systems, TBK Bank, Eco Roof and Solar, Cocoon Data, and Interstate Express Delivery.

Bridge of Hope Greater Denver partners with single moms and their children in Greater Denver facing homelessness. Through last year’s tournament, Bridge of Hope expects to serve 26 families facing homelessness in 2021. Bridge of Hope’s impact goes beyond the mothers and children they serve. The ripple effect into the community makes a significant difference in the lives of the many who will gain inspiration from stories of the women daring enough to ask for help and those who had the compassion to offer them the support they needed.

All funds raised from the tournament will benefit the Bridge of Hope families. Bridge of Hope Greater Denver is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization – donations of which are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.
