Fusion Art Announces the Winners of the 4th Annual Into the Wild Art Exhibition

Santa Fe, NM, USA – March 18, 2022 – Fusion Art is pleased to announce the opening of the 4th Annual Into the Wild International Art Exhibition. The exhibition is now available for viewing on the Fusion Art website and features awards in three categories: Traditional Art, Digital Art & Photography and 3-Dimensional Art.

For this exhibition, both 2D and 3D artists, worldwide, were invited to submit their best art and photography depicting wildlife. All artists, regardless of location or experience, were encouraged to submit their work in any media.

The Into the Wild Best in Show winners are Annik Janssens for her pastel, “Hope”, Elizabeth Kayl for her photograph, “Sunset Sentinel” and Douglas Aja for his bronze, “Tim”. As the Best in Show winners, Annik, Elizabeth and Doug are invited to participate in Fusion Art’s Annual Group Show in Santa Fe, NM in 2023.

Other award winners include Second Place winners Carina Imbrogno, Lyn Darlington and Harry Waller. Third Place awards were given to Holly Kavonic, Naona “Peaches” Wallin and Sküt. Fourth Place awards were given to Cher Pruys, Ilona Abou-Zolof and BR. Fifth Place awards were given to Dawn Whitney-Hall, James G. Ferrara and Patti Lomont.

Rounding out the awards for the exhibition are twelve Honorable Mention winners. Honorable Mention awards in the Traditional Art category were given to Hunter Jay, Nancie Quah, Kaitlin Brough, Nicky Shelton, Durwood Coffey and Christine O’Dell-Ferguson.

Honorable Mention awards in the Photography & Digital category were given to Barbara Mierau-Klein, Lene Holmen, John H Diephouse, Paul M. Murray, Shawna Hinkel and Caitlin Voigt.

The remaining finalists in the exhibition all exemplified uniquely creative talents and we are honored to showcase their artwork on the Fusion Art website.

The international competition received a diverse collection of quality artwork from artists all around the world, including the US, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, China, Hong Kong, India, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Norway, Poland, Singapore, Belgium, the Netherlands and South Africa. Overall, the gallery judged 341 entries and accepted 139 artworks into the exhibition, which will be featured on the website for 3 months starting on March 15, 2022.

Founded by Award winning artist, Chris and Valerie Hoffman, Fusion Art was envisioned and formed out of a passion for art and the artists who create it. The website promotes and connects new, emerging and established artists with collectors and art enthusiasts, while offering the opportunity to participate in art competitions, exhibitions and experiences.

Each month and quarter Fusion Art hosts uniquely themed solo and group art competitions and exhibitions. Both winners and finalists are provided with worldwide exposure, by having their work promoted through Fusion Art’s website, in hundreds of press release announcements, email marketing, online event calendars, art news websites and through the gallery’s social media outlets.
